Fly Between Falls

I picked up Fly Between Falls a couple of weeks ago, having only heard one of the songs on it. It's a brilliant album, I've had good fun trying to figure out some of the tunes on my guitar!

This is going to sound like a weird question... but does the song 'Shapeshifter' strike anyone else as the kind of song you'd find in an episode of Monkey?

If anyone knows what Monkey is. Early 80s, Asian show dubbed into English about Monkey the great sage, equal to heaven...
