Just a reminder to you all to please get out and vote on this most critical of Election Days.
Even better, close your eyes and think of 5 friends who you think will not vote and call them and encourage them to vote.
This is essentially your one day for the next two years to hold our
elected leaders accountable for the state of your communities and the
nation - for the debacle in Iraq, for how incompetantly Katrina was
handled, for the ballooning deficit, for skyrocketing gas and health
insurance prices, for infringements on our right to privacy via illegal
wiretaps, for how our federal agencies are ignoring the advice of top
scientists in everything from medical to environmental decisions.
Whatever your political affiliation, whatever makes you yearn for change, please get out and VOTE!
