It's an "abnormal formal," which could mean you wear something abnormal for a formal such as informal clothes, but that would kind of defeat the purpose since who would wear anything else to a Saturday night show at the Fillmore under usual and customary circumstances? As such, I interpret it as a "formal" at the Fillmore, which is abnormal, and will dress appropriately. Of course, I suspect some of the formaldress will be out there.
